About the Role In this role, you will: Assist trade staff in carrying out roofing-related works to a high standard Support a wide range of maintenance activities across properties Ensure excellent customer service is delivered alongside quality workmanship Work safely and efficiently, following health and safety regulations and procedures Respond to work requests within a target-driven environment What We're Looking For Essential Experience and Skills: Experience working at height and with roofing materials Approx. 3 years of on-site training or practical experience CSCS card (appropriate to the role) Familiarity with working in both domestic and commercial property settings Understanding of risk assessments and ability to follow safe systems of work Ability to interpret and work from construction drawings Strong knowledge of building constructio...
