What You Will Be Doing
• Installing and commissioning machines at customer sites across the UK and Ireland
• Delivering technical training to operators, engineers, and production teams
• Supporting customers with application optimisation and troubleshooting
• Handling technical enquiries and providing both remote and on site support
• Working alongside the sales team to provide technical expertise during customer discussions
• Supporting software updates, maintenance activities, and product demonstrations
You will operate from a home office base, travelling regularly to customer sites.
What You Bring
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar technical background preferred
• Strong understanding of machine tools and cutting tool applications
• Experience with machine installations, training, or application support
• Confidence working directly with customers in manufacturing environments
• Strong organisation skills and ability to work independently
• Comfortable travelling throughout the UK and Ireland
German language skills would be advantageous but are not essential.
