You’ll play a key role in crafting compelling, high-quality content that brings the Vodafone brand to life across multiple platforms. This role suits someone ready to build on solid experience, take ownership of their work, and continuously evolve their craft.The Video editor will be working closely with our Creative lead, 1x Senior Video Editor, 2x Senior Graphic Designers, 1 x Art Director / Sr Copywriter, and 1x Sr Copywriter who are responsible for the end to end creation; design, copywriting, digital and multimedia content for the Vodafone brand to help bring the new Vodafone creative vision to life.The video editor be able to adapt to different stakeholders, build relationships in a fast-paced environment and ensure the Vodafone brand is implemented and understood across all productions.Deliver high-quality video content aligned with Vodafone brand guidelines, ensuring strong storytelling, pacing, and overall creative excellenceDeliver and edit across a range of formats including but not limited to the different platforms (social, digital, internal), demonstrating strong storytelling, adapting outputs to platform best practices and pacing and audience understandingUtilise and source high-quality video and sound from stock libraries to enhance various projectsParticipate in the creative process from concept to completion, providing insights and recommendationsProactively suggest creative improvements, editing techniques and new formats to elevate the overall outputWillingness to explore and learn new AI tools and other emerging technologies to bring innovation into the video editing processApply AI tools (e.g. automated editing, upscaling, captioning, content variation) to improve speed, quality and scalability of video productionCollaborate with the creative team, contributing to the production process and enhancing content with your editing skillsManage and prioritise multiple projects effectively, delivering work within set deadlinesStay informed about the latest video editing software, techniques, and industry trends, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and innovationShare learnings with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvementWho you areMinimum 4 years of extensive video editing experience, with a portfolio showcasing your skillsFluency in current Video editing practices, digital post- production i.e. Adobe CC, primarily Premier pro and After Effects. to deliver polished edits, including sound design, colour correction and basic motion graphicsAn interest in learning about and experimenting with AI and other emerging technologies in video productionExperience in sourcing and utilising stock video and sound libraries to create impactful contentClear organisational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks and projectsExcellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environmentA proactive approach to learning and personal development in the field of video editing and productionConceptual and strategic thinking abilityAbility to work under pressure and to tight deadlinesManagement and archive of all of assetsProficient in Word, Excel, PowerpointNot a perfect fit?Worried that you don’t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
