As a Nursing Home Manager, You Will
* Manage the overall operations of a 70 bedded Nursing home
* Ensure compliance with CQC standards and exceed expectations.
* Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources efficiently.
* Market the home to the community
* Foster a warm, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for residents and staff.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, external professionals, and stakeholders.

The Ideal Nursing Home Manager Will Have
* Proven experience in a management role within a nursing home.
* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with valid NMC PIN (preferred but not essential).
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
* Evidence of past CQC inspections (Good or Outstanding)
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and people skills.
* Commercially astute with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.
