Service: Homelessness and Prevention Location: Fife – Hybrid Working Hours: Part-Time – 14.8 Hours Salary: £44,754 – £50,398 Contract Fixed Term – Jan – Dec 2026 We want YOU to Join Our Team! Do you have a passion for connecting with people and leading on the project management of programmes and training? Do you enjoy working and showing support for local organisations? If so, we have a fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome team in Fife. Through funding by The Scottish Government, Turning Point Scotland in partnership with Fife Council will run the Ask and Act Committed accreditation programme within the Fife area. About The Role This role will lead on the creation of an Ask and Act Committed accreditation by designing, developing, delivering and project managing a programme of training / workshops and support for local organisations to enable them to: Our role will include: Understand the impact Ask and Act can have on households, Ensure organisations can confidently ask the right questions and connect individuals to support that could prevent homelessness in the future and Develop an Action Plan to embed this prevention approach into their organisation, service, team or department. The role will be 2 days per week with a mixture of hybrid working and working in Fife. We expect the post holder will work in this role during normal working hours on the same days or the same schedule each week. However, we may consider an alternative proposal for the successful candidate. *Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed in line with our organisational policy* About Us – Fife Turning Point Scotland know that we are not going to end homelessness by focussing on service delivery alone. We need to change and influence the wider system that helps or hinders someone ability to access the right support at the right time to prevent homelessness. We believe that a home is a human right and that an individual is best placed to deal with the issues that made them homeless in the first place, in a place they can call home. Fife Support Service delivers Housing First support, where we work across localities in Kirkcaldy and West Fife to enable people to maintain independent tenancy sustainment, reconnect with their local communities and assist them to build their resilience to prevent repeat homelessness.
