Overview
East Yorkshire firm are seeking a private client solicitor to take a lead role in this team with Directorship as the eventual goal. You must be well versed in wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, estate management and some COP work.
Responsibilities
You will be a lead solicitor within the private client team, delivering high-quality client service and managing private client matters across wills, probate, trusts, tax planning, and estate management. You will contribute to the growth and development of the team and support colleagues as part of a collaborative environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
* A Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years of experience.
* Preferably STEP qualified, though this is not essential.
* Excellent client care skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a supportive team.
* Flexibility to be based in any of the firm’s three offices, with some home working available.
