Job Title: Account Manager
Salary: £28,845 basic, plus up to £2,000 bonus per quarter with opportunity to earn an annual bonus. OTE £35,000 - £40,000.
We are currently recruiting a talented and results-driven Account Manager to join our busy contact centre team at Brakes UK. The role involves managing a portfolio of customers, focusing on sales ability and relationship building. This position offers a great opportunity to develop into a field sales representative and further career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Retain, grow, reactivate, and develop a group of customers within a specified region.
* Develop profitable sales growth across existing customer base.
* Understand customer mapping and competitor activity.
* Manage customer retention proactively and reduce churn.
* Expand share of wallet and build a pipeline across product categories.
* Maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge.
* Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with ASM and BDM to convert and onboard them.
* Use data and insights to proactively reactivate lapsed customers.
* Manage risks including lost sales and credit exposure.
* Develop account plans and contact strategies to maximize customer engagement and foster profitable relationships.
* Analyze various data sources such as sales/margin reports, churn dashboards, and pricing details to inform decisions.
