Qualifications:
* Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
* Valid state licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
* Experience working with early childhood and K-12 students.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
* Proficiency in assessing and treating a variety of speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:
* Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech and language disorders.
* Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs.
* Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students communication goals.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes.
* Provide consultation and support to teachers regarding speech and language development.
* Conduct screenings and assessments to identify students in need of services.
