We’re expanding rapidly at our Car Supermarket and are looking for an experienced Car Buying Manager to join our growing team. With over 1,500 cars in stock—and plans to double that—this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
đź’° Salary & OTE:
Basic up to ÂŁ35,000 + achievable OTE of ÂŁ80,000+
đź› Key Responsibilities:
* Sourcing vehicles through online platforms
* Leading and developing a team of buyers and drivers
* Negotiating directly with customers
* Managing pricing, inspections, and collections
* Planning logistics and transport routes
* Handling financial transactions and admin processes
✅ What we’re looking for:
* Experience in vehicle buying (2+ years preferred)
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Target-driven mindset
* Full UK driving licence
⏰ Working Hours:
* 09:00 – 18:00
* Alternating weeks (6 days / 5 days)
