At Anglian Water, we dont just supply water - we create exceptional outdoor experiences at our water parks and campsites. We are currently looking for Campsite Wardens to join our friendly team and help ensure that our visitors enjoy a safe, welcoming, and memorable stay.
Alton Water is one of our most popular destinations, offering stunning views, water sports, and a well-loved campsite.
About the Role
As a Campsite Warden, youll be living on site and will be the friendly face of our campsites. Your role will be varied and hands-on - perfect for someone who enjoys the outdoors and takes pride in delivering great customer service.
Youll be helping to maintain the site, support guest check-ins and departures, and ensure everything runs smoothly throughout the day and night.
What youll be doing:
* Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/check-out
* Providing information and support to campers
* Ensuring site rules are followed to maintain a safe and peaceful environment
* Performing light maintenance and cleanliness checks
* Responding to issues or emergencies as they arise
* Supporting the day-to-day running of the site, including during peak periods
About You:
Were looking for individuals who:
* Have their own caravan/campervan
* Have excellent customer service and communication skills
* Are calm, approachable, and confident in handling a range of situations
* Are reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
* Are flexible and available to work weekends, evenings, and bank holidays
* Enjoy being outdoors in all weather conditions
Previous experience in a customer-facing, facilities, or outdoor role is desirable but not essential - a positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in is what matters most.
