We are seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join our Customer Services team in Yorkshire. The main responsibilities include supporting the customer services department with administrative duties and coordinating related activities.
Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate and efficient data entry into the customer service system.
* Issue Miller documentation as needed to assist homeowners in understanding their new homes.
* Handle all incoming communications (telephone, messages, emails, texts) professionally and within specified timescales, recording interactions promptly.
* Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and composure when interacting with customers, colleagues, subcontractors, and external partners, upholding the company's core values, even under pressure.
Requirements:
* Experience in a customer service role, preferably within housebuilding, property, or construction sectors.
* Ability to produce clear and accurate reports in writing or numerically.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in computer applications, especially Word and Excel, with strong administrative skills.
