Senior UX Designer @ MCS Group | IT Recruitment
MCS is delighted to partner exclusively with a global SaaS innovator as they build out a brand-new function within their product organisation. We are searching for a Senior UX Designer, a rare opportunity to become the sole UX specialist shaping the design vision across their full suite of digital products.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading UX discovery, research, wireframing and prototyping end-to-end
* Crafting intuitive, beautiful UI that enhances user experience across multiple platforms
* Working cross-functionally with product, engineering and commercial stakeholders
* Introducing UX best practices, design processes and standards across the organisation
* Acting as the UX voice in product discussions, influencing roadmap and direction
* Producing high-quality visual experiences that simplify complex workflows
What We're Looking For
* Strong, demonstrable experience across both UX and UI
* Confidence operating as the sole UX designer, establishing process and best practice
* Someone comfortable engaging with clients and challenging stakeholders when required
* Experience designing for complex digital products
* Portfolio showcasing excellent research, UX flows and polished UI is essential
