We're looking for a proven General Manager with a strong track record in premium city centre bars and a mix of wet- and dry-led venues to take the reins at this hugely successful flagship venue. Working with an established and growing city centre operator, you will be responsible for driving growth - with a real focus on pushing on food sales and service standards - in an already well-regarded New Town bar.

£43,000+ DOE
Guaranteed TRONC £150 per week minimum
Bonus £3-4k per annum

Full operational leadership of a dynamic, premium venue
Reporting to Ops/Area Management
Oversight of all commercial and operational performance, including food, drink and live music
Recruitment, training and development of a vibrant, engaged team

Strong background in mixed food- and drink-led venues
Commercially astute with a strong grasp of cocktails, drinks trends and guest experience metrics
