This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Dispensing Optician to join a well-established team, with the added variety of supporting nearby branches when required. The role blends hands-on dispensing with leadership responsibility, all within a beautifully presented, high-end environment. Key Responsibilities Dispensing premium eyewear and lens solutions tailored to individual patient needs Delivering an exceptional level of customer service in line with a boutique setting Supporting the reputation and standards of the practice at all times Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless patient journey What We're Looking For Fully qualified Dispensing Optician (GOC registered) Previous experience within a high-end or boutique practice is essential Strong communication skills with the ability xsngvjr to build genuine rapport Commercial awareness with a focus on performance and results Professional, confident, and passionate about delivering a premium patient experience The Package Salary up to £37,000 (depending on experience) Full-time - 5 days per week (including every Saturday) Supportive and friendly working environment within a respected independent group
