Overview
We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Engineer to support a critical project requiring strong expertise in Active Directory design, security, and domain services. This is a hands-on contract role focused on delivering secure, resilient AD solutions in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement Active Directory solutions, including Domain Services and Certificate Services
Support deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of AD environments
Ensure security compliance and operational stability across directory services
Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to align AD architecture
Produce clear technical documentation and design artefacts
Provide technical input across project delivery phases
Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience designing and implementing complex Active Directory environments
Strong knowledge of AD Domain Services and Certificate Services
Active SC Clearance
Ability to work independently in a delivery-focused environment
Available within 2 weeks
Desirable
Experience in defence, government, or other regulated sectors
Knowledge of wider security infrastructure and authentication technologies
Relevant security or Microsoft certifications
