Are you an experienced HR Generalist looking for a role where you can make a real impact, work at pace, and gain exposure across the full HR spectrum?
We're partnering with a fast-growing international manufacturing business who are going through an exciting period of transformation and investment. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative, hands-on HR team where no two days are the same.
The Role
As HR Generalist, you'll be a key member of the site HR team, supporting both day-to-day operations and wider people initiatives. You'll also mentor a junior HR team member and play an important role in developing systems, processes, and engagement across the site.
This is a genuinely varied role with plenty of scope to get involved - from employee relations and training to HR projects and change activity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on all aspects of HR and employee relations.
2. Lead on case management including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances.
3. Support, coach, and mentor a junior HR team member.
4. Maintain and improve HR systems, data accuracy, and reporting.
5.
