We have an exciting opportunity for 2 individuals to join our team as Case Co-Ordinator’s. This is a brand-new role which has been created within our new Healthy Homes team to change our approach to damp, mould and condensation (DMC) and meet the new requirements of Awaab’s Law which comes into force on 27th October 2025.
The Healthy Homes team will manage all DMC cases from start to finish ensuring we have a seamless service for our customers who are experiencing problems in their home, ensuring we act quickly to resolve issues.
As a Healthy Homes Case Co-Ordinator, you will serve as the primary contact for customers reporting damp and mould concerns. This will involve logging, triaging and tracking all reported cases in accordance with internal protocols and regulatory obligations. You will also schedule property inspections and remedial works with contractors and in-house teams, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
Ensuring that the end-to-end process flows and that the customer is kept up to date at all stages of the process, you will also liaise with other teams across the business to ensure that decanted tenants are supported and updated. You will also assist with reporting on performance and carry out follow up calls to check that homes remain free from DMC after work has been carried out.
This is a key role in ensuring that our customers receive the best care and support when dealing with DMC issues in their homes.
To be successful in this role you will:
* Have empathy and respect for customers who have DMC in their homes
* Be proactive in the way you work spotting potential problems before they arise
* Be able to plan work (training will be provided on our system)
* Ensure communication with customers is on time and regular.
* Experience in housing, property maintenance, repairs co-ordination or a customer service-focused role.
* Have strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple active cases
* Have excellent note taking and communication skills
This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
