Mechanical Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Mechanical Supervisor to manage mechanical operations on residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical systems, project management skills, and the ability to lead a team of technicians to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise mechanical installations and maintenance for residential and commercial projects.

Ensure work is completed in compliance with local mechanical codes and regulations.
*
Lead, manage, and train a team of mechanical technicians and apprentices on-site.
*
Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of mechanical teams, ensuring efficiency and safety.
*
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other contractors to ensure projects run on schedule.
*
Review and interpret mechanical blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation.
*
Monitor project costs and resources to ensure budgets are maintained.
*
Perform quality control checks and ensure safety standards are upheld.
*
Provide technical expertise and problem-solving during the project lifecycle.
Qualifications:
*
Relevant mechanical certification or qualifications.
*
SSSTS / SMSTS certification.
*
Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in residential and/or commercial projects.
*
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and regulations.
*
Experience leading and managing mechanical teams.
*
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
*
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
*
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
*
Previous experience working on high-end or large-scale residential/commercial projects is a plus.
