About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities & Estates Administrator to join our Facilities & Estates team. In this role, you’ll provide high-quality coordination and administrative support to ensure our care homes and Head Office remain safe, compliant, and well maintained. You’ll act as a key link between the Facilities & Estates department, care homes, and external contractors helping deliver maintenance, compliance, refurbishment, and improvement projects across our portfolio.
Pay - £ per hour + competitive benefis
Hours - 30 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
7. Coordinate day to day helpdesk activity: log, monitor, and close reactive and planned maintenance requests.
8. Maintain statutory compliance records (fire, water, electrical, gas, LOLER, etc.).
9. Track contractor performance and manage documentation.
10. Process purchase orders, invoices, and card transactions.
11. Support budget monitoring and environmental data collection.
12. Prepare and distribute reports, trackers, and updates.
What We’re Looking For
13. Proven experience in facilities, estates, or property administration/coordination.
14. Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
15. IT proficiency (Microsoft Office; experience with CAFM/helpdesk systems desirable).
16. Experience with procurement, budgeting, and invoice processing.
17. Knowledge of building compliance (fire safety, water hygiene, gas safety, electrical).
18. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
