The Role
Business Analyst
Your responsibilities:
Analyze current frameworks and identify gaps against regulatory requirements and best practice.
Produce high-quality business requirements documents, process maps, and functional specifications.
Support solution design and implementation planning for framework enhancements.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements and ensure alignment across 1LoD and 2LoD.
Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams to embed frameworks into BAU processes.
Provide input into program governance packs and steering committee updates.
Assist with planning and execution for framework-related changes.
Maintain RAID logs for BA-related risks and issues. Support other FCEP workstreams as required to meet program priorities.
Skills and Competencies
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and regulatory requirements.
Expertise in requirements elicitation, process mapping, and solution design.
Ability to manage ambiguity and conflicting stakeholder priorities.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Comfortable working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid environments.
Experience
Experience delivering across the full project lifecycle in regulatory or financial crime programs.
Knowledge of financial crime frameworks, governance, and risk management.
Skilled in facilitating workshops and producing high-quality analysis artefacts.
Experience in Financial Services products and practices
