Candidate Profile About You We’re looking for someone who is technically strong, client-focused, and motivated to grow their career within a leading global brokerage. Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial insurance account handling Strong understanding of technical insurance principles and products Experience managing a varied client base, including complex risks Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines CII qualified or working towards qualification (desirable) About The Position The Role As a Commercial Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting Account Executives and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Support Account Executives in the delivery and servicing of client insurance programmes Place a wide range of cross-class commercial risks within the market Provide clear, expert, and timely advice to clients on their insurance needs Build strong relationships with insurer partners and key stakeholders Deliver exceptional client service through efficient handling of mid-term adjustments and queries Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring all documentation is completed to a high standard Uphold strict client confidentiality at all times Ensure all activities are compliant with internal procedures and regulatory requirements Why Join Lockton?
