Job overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our team at King George Hospital within the Cardio-Respiratory Unit, a friendly, busy, and rapidly expanding diagnostic service.

The unit provides a wide range of investigations across the Trust, including:

Resting ECGs

24-hour ECG and Blood Pressure monitoring

Event recording

Transthoracic and Transoesophageal Echocardiography (for inpatients and outpatients)

Bradycardia and tachycardia device follow-up

Lung function testing

We also have a cardiac catheterisation laboratory offering diagnostic angiography, as well as bradycardia and tachycardia device implantation.

Main duties of the job

To work within departmental policies and procedures to provide an administrative and reception service for the Cardio-Respiratory Unit. The nature of this post dictates that strict confidentiality is adhered to at all times.
