Parts Advisor Location: Skipton
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00–17:00, Saturday 8:00–12:00 (with overtime on Saturdays)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 + Overtime
Our client is looking for a Parts Advisor to join heir small but growing team in the Skipton location. You’ll be supporting the smooth running of our busy parts department, supplying parts for a range of equipment including plant, HGV, agricultural and automotive.
About the role
Work closely with customers and colleagues to identify and supply the right parts
Provide excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
Manage stock levels and place orders as required
Support the team
About you
Background in plant, HGV, agricultural or automotive parts preferred
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
