Key Responsibilities As Communications & Marketing Coordinator, you will: Support content creation for WPS-wide internal and external communications, including newsletters, articles, branded materials, and presentations. Coordinate events from start to finish, managing invite lists, bookings, RSVPs, stakeholder packs, and on-the-day logistics. Collaborate with the creative services team and business partners to ensure timely delivery of content and branded assets. Manage HubSpot communications, media releases, and ensure brand consistency across channels. Provide general administrative support including raising purchase orders, maintaining databases, and managing digital assets. ?? Ideal Candidate You’ll thrive in this role if you: Are highly organised and an effective project coordinator. Have strong writing, proof-reading, and attention to detail skills. Are familiar with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools. Understand email marketing best practices and brand guidelines. Have a data-driven mindset and a strong eye for design aesthetics. Are a dependable team player with excellent interpersonal skills. ?? Qualifications A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage. ?? Additional Information You’ll work closely with the Head of Brand and Marketing and the wider communications team. No direct reports, but you’ll collaborate with the creative services team to inspire and support each other. You’ll be expected to regularly work from a Wates/WPS office or project site to foster collaboration. You’ll play a key role in promoting a safety-first culture through all communications channels.
