Sr. HR Operations & Payroll Analyst
About the role
Passionate about Human Resources? We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and personable Senior Human Resources Operations and Payroll Analyst, whocan help us with setting objectives, tracking progress, and ensuring the smooth execution of HR initiatives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain internal systems, and payroll administration.Based in our modern Irvine office, you will be the backbone of our HR efficiency.
What you’ll be doing
As part of the People Team, you’ll help to ensure our employees are supported. At all levels, the team will rely on your skills and efficiency to keep processes and procedures moving forward. It’s a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you’llmainly be involved with:
1. Overseeing internal HR systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and security.
2. Analyzing HRIS performance metrics and compiling data analysis reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
3. Developing and maintaining systems to process payroll transactions.
4. Coordinating timekeeping systems and overseeing payroll changes and system upgrades.
5. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, internal policies, and tax obligations.
6. Collaborating with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll disbursement.
7. Coordinating with the rewards team onemployee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
8. Ensuring deductions and contributions are accurately reflected.
9. Revising practices to align with company policies and procedures.
10. Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
11. Other tasks as assigned.
What you’ll bring

12. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related fieldrequired from an accredited university.
13. Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in payroll processing.
14. A can-do attitude with customer orientation and strong dependability.
15. Acute attention to detail with excellent problem resolution skills.
16. Ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands.
17. The ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
