The Building Surveyor will be responsible for ensuring the pubs within their region comply with relevant statutory obligations and are maintained in accordance with agreed Company and Divisional standards. They will also be responsible for the management of the repairs & maintenance budget and agreed investment capital within their region.

Job Description
THIS IS FIELD BASED ROLE IN LONDON/SOUTH EAST
In your role as Building Surveyor you will...
8. Carry out all surveying duties within a defined geography on a diverse range of pubs
9. Facilitate the effective delivery of a property surveying programme, including capital development projects within agreed company criteria
10. Liaise with the operations teams to provide technical advice and expertise
11. Proactively manage the capital and revenue budgets and deliver best value
12. Participate in industry bodies and maintain awareness of trends, opportunities and changes to property surveying best practice
13. Create proactive maintenance solutions to improve service and reduce cost
What you'll bring...

16. You need to have extensive property management experience, a proven executive team influence, and will demonstrate outstanding commitment and innovation in this role

Qualifications
Ideally you will hold a professionally industry recognised qualification: RICS, M B Eng, CIOB or similar.
