A well-established education group are looking for a dedicated Head of School to join their team supporting pupils with SEND and SEMH needs.
Job description:
* Provide strong leadership and strategic direction for the school
* Lead, motivate, and develop teaching and support staff
* Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing school culture
* Act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead to ensure safeguarding implementation and consistency with Ofsted
* Manage day-to-day school operations
* Salary: £38,000 - £46,000
* Starting asap
Person specification:
* Leadership experience, preferably in a SEN setting
* Experience of leading or managing staff
* Strong understanding of SEND and safeguarding within a school
* NPQ in Senior Leadership is desirable
* Emotionally resilient and passionate about improving outcomes for SEND pupils
