Start Date: Monday 23rd February 2026
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm

About the Role:
1. Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching for pupils across KS2-KS4, with a focus on complex needs
2. Plan, adapt, and differentiate engaging lessons to meet EHCP outcomes, developmental milestones, and sensory requirements
3. Support pupils’ holistic development-academic, social, emotional, and communication skills
4. Collaborate closely with the SENCO, learning support staff, therapists, and families to provide a consistent and effective approach
5. Monitor pupil progress, contribute to reports, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
What We’re Looking For:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
7. Experience teaching in an SEN setting (or strong SEN knowledge within a mainstream environment)
8. A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to classroom management
9. Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to nurturing every child’s progress
To be eligible you must:
10. Hold Right to Work in the UK
11. Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
12. Provide two professional child related references
