Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently while providing menu recommendations.
* Serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards.
* Assist in food preparation as needed to support kitchen operations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during service.
* Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
* Experience in catering or barista roles would be advantageous.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
* A positive attitude with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
* Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
