Land Management Surveyor : 12 month Fixed:Term Contract Location: Northeast Wales (ideally Buckley) : Hybrid Salary: GBP 42,662 per annum About the role Were looking for a Land Management Surveyor to help manage and enhance Wales natural resources on a 12 month Fixed:Term Contract. Youll provide professional land and property advice, support sustainable land management, and work closely with colleagues and partners across the Forest Operations and Land Management teams.This role offers a mix of office and site:based work, with the chance to influence decisions, support strategic planning, and deliver projects that make a real impact on people and nature. What youll do: Manage and deliver land and property projects to agreed time, cost and quality. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase income, and improve value for money. Assess and manage risks. Make delegated decisions and progress cases to conclusion. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Support strategic planning and policy development. Contribute to health, safety and incident response duties. What youll bring: Full RICS Chartered Surveyor membership. Experience in property and land management, including negotiating legal agreements. Strong understanding of land:related legislation and ability to develop practical solutions. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
