You will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including but not limited to: acquisitions and disposals, commercial leases, development, refinancing, and other landlord and tenant matters, with full support from an integrated and collaborative team. Your expertise and leadership will be key in delivering outstanding service while fostering a positive, ambitious culture within the team. Alongside fee-earning, you will play a strategic role in business development and shaping the firm’s ambitious future. What We’re Looking For: Experienced Commercial Property fee earner with ideally over 6 PQE Experience mentoring and inspiring junior fee earners Proven ability to manage high-value transactions and complex client relationships Strong communicator and team leader with a collaborative, inclusive approach Self-motivated, strategic thinker ready to influence firm-wide growth Based in or willing to commute to SW London, with flexibility for hybrid working Ready to lead a thriving practice within a firm that truly values culture, ambition, and its people?
