The Employment team is made up of solicitors, paralegals, and trainees, working across the UK offices and remotely. They cover a wide range of Employment Law claims, making this a great collaborative environment for you to progress in your career.
1. Advise clients on potential Employment claims.
2. Manage your own varied caseload of Employment Law matters.
3. Assist Solicitors and fee earns within the team.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
4. At least 2 years experience working in an Employment Law department. Ideally experience managing your own employment Law caseload.
5. Experience drafting Legal documents such as witness statements, pleading etc.
6. Strong administrative skills gained in an office environment.
7. Excellent attention to detail
8. Good telephone manner
9. Highly organised and ability to work to deadlines
10. Willingness to learn new skills and progress within the firm.
11. A collaborative team player and an excellent communicator
