Temporary Building Maintenance Technician – Electrical Bias
Location: Merk House, Poole (Bank of New York Contract)
Dates:
1. Shadowing: Friday 19th & Monday 22nd December
2. Independent Work: 23rd, 24th, 29th, 30th & 31st December
We are seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician with a strong electrical bias and relevant qualifications. The role involves overseeing building maintenance across several floors, including:
3. Basic electrical repairs (, fixing lighting issues)
4. Understanding and monitoring the plant room
5. General building upkeep
This is a holiday cover position; the workload is expected to be light, but you must be on-site to respond to any issues. Previous experience inmercial settings is essential.
Requirements:
6. Electrical qualifications and hands-on experience
7. Ability to work independently
8. Familiarity with plant rooms and building systems
