A leading international law firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its highly regarded Healthcare Litigation team in London. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value defendant clinical negligence claims, acting for major healthcare organisations, insurers, and public sector clients. You will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters from inception to resolution, including drafting reports and witness statements, instructing experts and counsel, attending case management hearings, negotiating settlements, and preparing cases for trial and mediation. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to client training, thought leadership, and wider business development initiatives, while supporting and mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 2-7 years' PQE and strong experience in defendant clinical negligence / healthcare litigation. You will demonstrate excellent technical ability, attention to detail, and a pragmatic, client-focused approach. Strong organisational and communication skills, alongside the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, are essential.
