The Opportunity
We're supporting a highly respected, global technical services organisation in their search for an Inside Sales Manager. They have customers across the UK and Europe - and they need someone who loves building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving revenue.
This role is perfect for someone who wants to combine sales leadership, customer management, and handson commercial impact.
What You'll Do
Get ready for a varied, fast-paced role that includes:
1. Owning and exceeding annual sales targets
2. Leading and developing a brilliant insidesales team
3. Managing customer accounts through the full lifecycle
4. Building strong, long-lasting customer relationships
5. Spotting trends, forecasting, and planning ahead
6. Crossselling and maximising opportunities within existing accounts
7. Presenting proposals and clearly communicating the company's value
8. Managing onboarding, agreements, and key documentation
9. Working closely with internal teams to champion the customer voice
10. Preparing monthly reports for management
11. Reengaging former/dormant clients and sharing new service updates
What You'll Bring
If you're a confident communicator who thrives in a targetdriven environment, you'll fit right in. You'll also have:
12. Proven experience in sales management, ideally in a technical or engineering environment
13. A track record of smashing targets
14. Strong presentation, negotiation & influencing skills
15. The ability to understand and articulate technical information
16. Superb organisation and responsiveness
17. Confidence managing multiple customers with different needs
18. CRM/ERP experience (bonus points for Power BI!)
19. Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe occasionally
