Responsibilities
* Supporting children with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
* Helping pupils access lessons, develop confidence, and build independence
* Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt activities and provide tailored support
* Encouraging positive behaviour and supporting emotional wellbeing

* Experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable groups (education background not essential)
* A caring, adaptable and patient approach
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
