About the Role
We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our busy production site in Bingley. This is a hands-on role supporting a world-class manufacturing environment where you will help keep operations running smoothly, prevent breakdowns, and maintain equipment to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
Respond to breakdowns promptly, minimizing downtime.
Oversee and manage external contractors on-site, ensuring safety compliance.
Participate in scheduled maintenance and project work across the facility.
Work safely at height and handle heavy equipment with appropriate tools.
Source and order parts and tools with cost-effectiveness and sustainability in mind.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in a maintenance engineering role in a manufacturing environment.
Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
Effective communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments.
Ability to independently research and solve technical challenges.
Health & Safety qualification desirable but not essential.
