Our Hapimag Resort Bowness-on-Windermere is located in Great Britains largest national park. It boasts a variety of 1- and 2- bedroom apartments in an idyllic setting close to many hiking routes and the town center. Full time receptionist
We are currently looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our reception for 5 days a week, including weekends.
Your key tasks will be:
* Welcoming and looking after our guests at the reception. These are timeshare owners, Hapimag shareholders and members and hotel guests
* Check in, check out to the individual standards
* Processing reservations from all types of guests and preparing their arrival information
* Actively selling the additional services and products offered in the resort. This includes tickets, excursions, honesty shop items etc.
* Giving authentic advice on the various possibilities for guests in our region. This includes hikes, excursions, day trips, museum visits etc.
* Preparing information for other departments like accounts, maintenance, housekeeping
Your profile:
* Your passion is to look after guests and you are happiest when you can exceed a guest's expectation
* You have a hands-on attitude and like working in a team, also with other departments
* You are a great communicator but also like administrative tasks
* You have previous experience at a reception in a hotel or similar environment
* You have excellent English knowledge both written and spoken. Spoken German, Italian or Dutch would be an advantage
* You have a good working knowledge of administrative software like, internet and hotel property management systems
