We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our rapidly growing Commercial department, serving customers across Scotland and Northern England.
Requirements
We require an elite-performing self-starter who understands the importance of technical and financial accuracy, strong customer service, and the ability to learn quickly on the job. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the pricing and design of our products to meet customer needs and support sales growth. Adaptability to changing business needs is essential.
Additional Duties Include
- Amending quotations
- Maintaining and updating technical and pricing information on specification software
- Implementing new product offerings on the specification software
- Collaborating on IT and process improvement projects
- Contributing proactively to team meetings and fostering internal and external growth opportunities
What We Offer
- Salary £32,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

The Ideal Candidate Would Have
- Minimum 2 years estimating experience
- Degree, HND, or HNC in Surveying, Construction, or Building industry field
- Customer-facing and sales experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Technical mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to manage workload and multitask in a fast-paced environment
