Role Overview
We are looking for a highly
organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Directors within DPG,
an owner-managed business operating KFC restaurants alongside hotel and
property interests. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring discretion,
strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both business and
personal priorities effectively.
The successful candidate will
play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Directors’
schedules, administration, and office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Office Support
* Manage
diaries, meetings, and appointments for the Directors
* Arrange
travel, accommodation, and transport
* Prepare,
organise, and file documents, reports, and presentations (using OneDrive)
* Handle
calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
* Support
the smooth running of office facilities and greet visitors
Personal Assistance
* Support
with personal administration such as appointments, vehicle tax, visas, and
insurance
* Collate
and check credit card bills and invoices across properties
* Assist
with ad-hoc personal tasks and errands as required
* Maintain
strict confidentiality at all times
Business & Operational Support
* Prepare
meeting agendas, minutes, and action logs
* Conduct
research (e.g. market rents, supplier information) and compile data
* Liaise
with franchisors, property agents, suppliers, and other stakeholders
* Support
basic project coordination across the business
* Manage
Filling electronically on Key documents and emails in Outlook.
Organisation & Time Management
* Prioritise
multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines
* Track
key dates, meetings, and deliverables
* Anticipate
Directors’ needs and act proactively
* Manage
the Directors post and filling needs.
Communication & Relationships
* Act
as a key point of contact between Directors and internal/external partners
* Build
and maintain positive, professional relationships
* Communicate
clearly and accurately on behalf of the business
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven
experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
* Strong
organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident
communicator with good interpersonal skills
* Proficient
in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Comfortable
handling sensitive and confidential information
* Flexible,
adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Degree
preferred but not essential
