What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from enthusiastic and dedicated teachers who meet the following criteria:
Experience working in a UK Primary School
Hold a PGCE with QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Hold a current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or be willing to apply for one)Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate:
Excellent teaching and learning practices
The ability to inspire and motivate pupils with creative, engaging lessons
Strong curriculum knowledge across primary key stages
A solid understanding of assessment and progress tracking
A team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and outcomes
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff
A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching
