We’re seeking a Senior Strategist to join our market-leading sustainability team. Using a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and creative storytelling, you’ll lead strategy, reporting, and communications for diverse clients like Microsoft and Danone. Your role will be vital in helping us realize our vision: creating a world that believes in business.

You’ll work alongside ambitious strategists, designers, and project managers across the agency, leading sustainability initiatives that define client strategies and tell compelling stories with credibility and flair.

Remit and responsibilities
* Lead on insightful sustainability reporting programmes. As a lead strategist, you’ll deliver rigorous and engaging sustainability reports across channels, from setting strategic direction based on the latest developments to defining content, advising on standards, interviewing stakeholders, and collaborating with creatives.
* Support clients’ alignment with key frameworks. Assist clients in preparing for and aligning with standards like ESRS, ISSB, GRI, TCFD, and PAI through gap analysis, benchmarking, and disclosure requirement identification.
* Work on impactful sustainability strategy work. Develop progressive strategies, including materiality assessments and strategic frameworks with clear targets.
* Develop topic-specific communications and campaigns. Lead the creation and execution of campaigns around climate transition, human rights, and other issues across sectors.
* Pitch to win. Lead proposals and pitches, collaborating with teams to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
* Raise our profile. Generate ideas, develop thought leadership content, and speak at events to showcase our expertise.
* Build internal sustainability knowledge. Conduct training sessions and upskill colleagues across functions in sustainability topics.
Requirements
* You’re an entrepreneurial sustainability professional with agency or consultancy experience, working with diverse clients across sectors and geographies.
* You’re well-versed in evolving ESG frameworks, with solid knowledge of ESRS, ISSB, GRI, IIRC, TCFD, and familiarity with frameworks like Future-Fit and SDPI.
* You have extensive experience advising on and developing sustainability and ESG reporting, including annual reports.
* You’ve developed sustainability strategies and conducted materiality assessments, including double materiality aligned with ESRS.
