The Role
The Operations MRO Administrator is a 6‑month fixed‑term position based in Staverton / Tewkesbury. The role supports the MRO Operations team in delivering customer orders on time by ensuring operational paperwork and Certificates of Conformity are completed, checked, and released accurately. Working in a fast‑paced environment, you will collaborate with multiple teams to gather, validate and approve release data, respond to queries and maintain accurate documentation to meet customer delivery timelines. You are expected to manage priorities independently, be highly organised and detail‑oriented, and "hit the ground running".
Responsibilities
* Check and verify operational documentation and certificates of conformity.
* Collect and validate data from various departments to support product release activities.
* Respond to internal and external queries regarding release documentation.
* Ensure all operational paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
* Maintain efficient and accurate record‑keeping for audit and compliance purposes.
About You / Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role, ideally in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace or a similar fast‑paced environment.
* Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
* Self‑motivated, dependable, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
