Key Responsibilities Leadership: Manage and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and ensure the store is a trusted local hub. Team Development: Recruit, train, and support your team to ensure everyone thrives in their role. About you We're looking for proactive and experienced leaders who are passionate about retail. The ideal candidate will bring: Proven experience in a management role within retail or convenience stores. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. A hands-on approach to problem-solving and a passion for achieving results. Understanding of retail systems and processes, including stock management and financial reporting.
