Temporis Legal Recruitment are working with a highly regarded Yorkshire based firm who are looking for a new addition to their residential conveyancing department.
Key Responsibilities:
\t
* Independent management of a varied caseload that includes sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, newbuilds and transfers of equity
\t
* Able to work with minimal supervision
\t
* Maintaining excellent client accessibility and communication
\t
* Ensuring good financial management of files
Candidate Profile
\t
* At least 2 or 3 years of proven experience in residential conveyancing
\t
* Strong technical skills across all aspects of residential property transactions
\t
* Committed to client care and high professional standard
\t
* Experience working with quality standards, such as Lexcel and CQS, is desirable
