PASTORAL SUPPORT OFFICER START – September 2025 FULL TIME (37 HOURS PER WEEK) TERM TIME 5 PD days Scale 5, Point 13 - 17 (£14.60 - £15.58 per hour dependant on experience and length of service) Actual £24,120 - £25,738 The Governors of Holy Trinity Academy are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced full time Pastoral Support Officer. We are seeking someone organised, enthusiastic, dynamic and highly motivated with the ability to communicate effectively with young people, their family and internal and external colleagues, developing good relationships and partnerships. Working in a busy school environment, you will be a part of the Pastoral Team providing a comprehensive pupil welfare service to the school with specific responsibility for assisting teaching and support staff in providing a safe, orderly and secure environment for students and staff and to play a key role in the management of positive behaviour and attitudes amongst students of all ages and abilities. The post holder will also become a trained Designated Safeguarding Lead.
