About Your Opportunity:
This role supports the increasing need to protect our national security through the development of software applications in an Agile environment. The role involves data collection, analysis, and enabling our customers to make informed decisions. We have multiple positions for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, both with relevant security clearances and those able to obtain them.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Support teams in lean-agile practices as a servant-leader and facilitator, or provide advisory/ coaching support.
2. Facilitate team-of-teams events (e.g., Program Increment Planning) and support activities like roadmap development.
3. Assist teams in identifying and removing impediments to achieve goals.
4. Identify training and development needs for teams and individuals.
5. Support performance improvement through training, coaching, and mentoring.
Your Experience:
1. Practical experience of servant-leadership in agile teams.
2. Thorough knowledge of agile principles, especially Scrum.
3. Excellent organizational and facilitation skills.
4. Advanced Scrum Master certification (e.g., PSM II/III, SASM).
5. Experience in Agile Coaching or relevant qualifications (ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, ICE-AC).
