The project consists of 180 apartments across a large reinforced concrete frame structure, also the project is in its early stages promising a good pipeline of work for the future and the opportunity to work on the start of a project right through until handover. Overseeing site activities and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth progress. Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to ensure quality standards and compliance. Monitoring site progress, maintaining accurate records, and reporting to senior management. Requirements: Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline. 4–5 years post-qualification experience with an Irish Main Contractor. Proven track record of setting out on large commercial projects. Strong IT and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Package: The salary will be DOE, but you can expect between €60,000 – €65,000 mark package.
