Our client is a highly successful and growing organisation, recognised for its strong culture and ambitious plans for future expansion. Following a period of significant transformation, they are now seeking an experienced Head of HR to play a key role in shaping and delivering the people integration agenda.
Reporting to the HR Director, the Head of HR will lead a small team of HR Business Partners and act as a trusted advisor to senior and executive stakeholders. Following a recent merger, you will be responsible for delivering a value-adding, forward-thinking HR service, partnering closely with leadership teams across commercial functions to align people strategy with wider business objectives, ultimately driving performance and enabling sustainable growth. This is a true business partner role requiring a strategic, commercially astute, and innovative Head of HR who is passionate about delivering results and enabling the organisation to achieve its strategic goals, while remaining aligned to its core purpose and values. Working collaboratively with COE’s, you will ensure the delivery of best-in-class HR solutions across all areas, including employee relations, talent, and engagement whilst playing a pivotal role in leading and supporting complex change and transformation, including the integration of two organisations following the recent merger. Operating within a multi-site, commercially focused environment, you will be instrumental in embedding effective ways of working and driving continuous improvement across the business.
This is a pivotal leadership role, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver a high-impact HR strategy across a multi-site, commercially focused business. With strong influencing and stakeholder management skills you will be tasked with promoting effective ways of working and continuous improvement to enable the delivery of targets, with particular emphasis on attracting and developing talent, employee engagement and developing organisational capability.
