About the role
This position is an entry-level pathway into structural project tracking and commercial advisory. Working in a hybrid capacity, you will support our consulting team both through focused administrative tasks and structured coordination sessions. You will help build and maintain the project management framework for the engagement, ensuring we track dependencies, log critical items, and deliver quality work in collaboration with the wider team.
What you will be doing
* Updating project schedules and logging key action points from planning sessions.
* Organizing project datasets and tracking progress across several distinct workstreams.
* Assisting in the preparation of weekly status dashboards and administrative reports for the engagement leads.
* Reviewing client documentation to extract timeline commitments and milestone dates.
* Maintaining our document management system so that evidence and analysis are easily auditable.
* Documenting operational risks and tracking mitigation steps alongside our project leaders.
What we need from you
* A university degree or current enrollment in business, economics, finance, or a related field.
* Strong capability with spreadsheets, including clean formatting and basic formulas.
* High attention to detail, especially when checking project dates, status updates, and action tracking logs.
* A direct and clear communication style, both in writing and in regular update sessions.
